WHO IS JUDGING THE AWARDS?
The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts. The judging is a rigorous two-stage process, including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.
WHO CAN ENTER?
The awards and judges welcome entries from individuals, teams, and agencies large and small. Categories are divided into small and large to ensure fair competition.
IS THERE A WORD LIMIT?
Judges respectfully ask that you do not exceed 1000 words. The word count does not include the company information at the beginning of the form or the questions contained within the form.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES I CAN SUBMIT?
No, you can submit an unlimited number of entries in multiple categories, and we even offer discounts for multiple entries. Organisations entering five awards will receive one additional free entry. Submit all six entries in one session, and your discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
IS THERE A FILE UPLOAD LIMIT?
All files must not exceed 2MB each. You can upload up to three supporting documents along with your entry form.
WHAT SUPPORTING MATERIALS CAN I PROVIDE?
Supporting materials can be provided in Word, PDF or JPEG formats. Zip files and videos cannot be accepted. If you wish to use video evidence as supporting material, please include a link to the file online in your entry form under ‘supporting documents’.
HOW DO I ENTER?
To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete and upload it (as a Word or PDF document) when prompted via the online entry portal.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENTER?
All entries made before 23:59 on Thursday, May 23rd, 2026, will be charged a Super Early Bird entry fee of £220, plus VAT, which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries.
Entries submitted after the Super Early Bird Deadline will be charged the Early Bird entry fee of £275, plus VAT, with the deadline for submissions being Thursday, May 14th, 2026.
Entries submitted after Thursday, May 14th 2026, will be charged the Final Deadline entry fee of £365, plus VAT and must be submitted by the Final Deadline of 23:59, Thursday, May 28th, 2026.

AM I A SMALL OR LARGE CATEGORY ENTRANT?
Large and small is based on the number of overall employees in the agency/company who are submitting the entry, and not the number of employees in the team.
Small: Companies and agencies with up to 25 employees.
Large: Companies and agencies with 26+ employees.
The award categories are separated in this way to ensure that the competition is fair and companies and agencies have an equal chance of succeeding.
