Quirky Digital is a forward-thinking, dynamic SEO company specialising in local, national and e-commerce SEO and supports its clients with Digital PR.
Created by Managing Director, Liam Quirk, back in May 2020 at just 23 years old, Quirky Digital now has a bustling office in Liverpool City Centre, UK, employs 16 members of staff and has secured over 50 clients across multiple industries.
Since launching the company, Liam has worked tirelessly to grow the agency to be the most well-known and highly regarded SEO agency in the city. Quirky Digital is enjoying exponential year-on-year growth, with their projected turnover £1.2m for 2024, whilst attracting clients from all over the world.
Alongside working with clients, the fast-growing firm also has its own portfolio of websites that the team use to test new strategies, push boundaries and stay ahead of the curve. The websites allow Quirky Digital to test new strategies before most agencies even know what they are, enabling the team to become market leaders in SEO.
To support this approach, Liam, who leads by example, nurtures his team to ensure that Quirky Digital stays ahead of the curve and is constantly pushing the boundaries to lead in providing the most efficient SEO and Digital services. He developed QuirkyU, an SEO training course to utilise internally and support the team at Quirky Digital. Thanks to its great success, this will now be made publicly available.
Quirky Digital’s growth has saw the company expand in terms of team size and in turn, the capacity for clients has also increased. Quirky Digital is proud to now compete with leading agencies across the UK in securing talented employees and is passionate about giving young people opportunities, as well as fostering an equal management team with 50% male and female. Liam has promoted apprentices to senior leadership roles, and others have qualified in Digital Marketing apprenticeships and gone on to enjoy full-time employment.
Entering the Global Search Awards 2024 has been an incredibly humbling experience with the Head of SEO working closely with Managing Director Liam Quirk on the work that the agency has achieved in the last four years. Reflecting on the calibre of results the agency has generated and the methods the team has used to do so has reminded Liam and the team of the importance of thinking outside of the box, being creative with strategies and offering an intricate, tailored approach for each client to generate the required results and even take it a step further by overdelivering for clients.
The whole team is incredibly proud of all six nominations and being shortlisted for every category Quirky Digital entered for.
