Spicy Web has been nominated in both categories for our “Goodbye Tyre Kickers” campaign, which was designed for our client, Ace Mechanics. We developed an innovative tool; Conversion Loop (CL), to track how many enquiries turn into sales, identify the value of those sales, and direct the campaign strategy.

Our unique approach to integrating multiple data sources and developing Conversion Loop sets us apart from other agencies. By anonymising user data during processing stages, we balanced metrics acquisition with user privacy, maintaining ethical standards while driving performance. These innovations not only resulted in impressive financial gains for our clients but also transformed their operational efficiencies.

Recognised at the 2024 APAC Search Awards, the “Goodbye Tyre Kickers” campaign was designed to address a common issue faced by our service-based client, Ace Mechanics. They needed a solution to filter out unqualified lead enquiries and focus on high-quality leads that convert into sales. Through the Conversion Loop tool, we provided Ace Mechanics with a comprehensive view of their sales funnel, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and optimise their marketing efforts.
