Cedarwood Digital Scoops Three Agency Nominations At The Global Search Awards

Over the last 12 months as an agency we have been delighted to experience a sustained period of growth in addition to some exciting upsells with our existing clients as they continue to grow & thrive. As a result of this, we were over the moon to be nominated for three agency nominations at the upcoming Global Search Awards:

  • Best Small PPC Agency
  • Best Small SEO Agency
  • Best Small Integrated Search Agency

When we started Cedarwood over six years ago now, it was important that we had a specialism. We didn’t want to be known as a “full service” agency, rather we wanted to specialise across specific verticals in performance marketing. As a result SEO, PPC & Digital PR became our bread & butter & as such we’re delighted to be nominated within these categories as a reflection of our performance over the last 12 months.

We’ve worked hard over the last 12 months to make Cedarwood a great place to work & this is reflected within our nominations. Whether through hosting full team vision training to individual 1-1 mentoring for our staff, right through to improving a range of benefits from flexible leave through to gym memberships, flexi-time & many more, we’re committed to making Cedarwood a great place to work which is reflected in our high staff retention rate.

Investing in staff well-being is something that has become increasingly important since COVID & now more than ever we are focusing on not just supporting our staff to upskill within their individual remits but also working with emotional intelligence to equip them with the skills & knowledge that they need to thrive in a working environment.

In addition to giving back to our staff, we’ve also focused on giving back to the community through charity work & also environmental responsibility. We recently started working with Ecologi, taking the first steps to making a climate-friendly workforce & are delighted to see the impact that our donations are already having to a very worthwhile cause – our goal as a business is to continue to strengthen this by becoming net zero.

We’re looking forward to the Global Search Awards being an evening to celebrate great agencies across the digital landscape.
