Leading Bangkok-based marketing agency Primal continues to make its mark on the international stage, having been shortlisted for six highly coveted Global Search Awards.

This recognition highlights Primal’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and producing tangible results for over 300 high-performing brands every single day.

What makes them different from other marketing agencies?

The Primal team is made up of obsessed innovators who excel at designing distinct digital experiences. They don’t do cookie-cutter campaigns. Everything they do is data-driven and tailor-made for each client, as displayed in the approach they took to boost international clients for a Bangkok hospital.

The Challenge

Despite its strong local reputation, Vejthani Hospital faced difficulties expanding its digital footprint and attracting a broader international patient base. The challenge was to increase organic traffic and patient inquiries, specifically targeting the MENA and APAC regions.

The Primal Approach

Primal’s strategy was tailored to enhance Vejthani Hospital’s presence in multiple markets. It focused on localising content and optimising search engine visibility and social media across nine languages.

 Key elements included:

  1. Integrated Search x Social: Keyword optimisation, content localisation, authority content creation, and technical website enhancements were combined with localised content and social media strategies.
  2. Data-Driven Content: Creating multilingual content tailored to specific health concerns in each target region, ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance.
  3. Building Trust & Authority: Utilising virtual tours, patient testimonials, and updated doctor profiles to build trust and align with search algorithm updates.

The Results

The campaign delivered outstanding results:

  • 130.4% increase in search visibility within six months
  • 477% increase in organic clicks over 12 months
  • 23% increase in organic goal completions in six months
