One of our most notable projects involved the use of sophisticated MMM for a leading ecommerce client. MMM is a statistical technique that measures the impact of various marketing channels on key performance metrics, such as sales. For this project, we meticulously analysed the contributions of different marketing channels, providing granular insight allowing us to identify which channels were driving the most value and how their impact evolved over time.
Armed with this data, we guided the client in making strategic budget decisions that maximised their overall media return. By reallocating resources to the most effective channels, we not only enhanced their sales performance but also optimised their marketing spend, ensuring every euro worked harder. This project exemplifies our commitment to data-driven decision-making and our ability to translate complex analytics into actionable strategies.
Amazon Ads Optimisation
Another standout project involved revolutionising the Amazon Ads strategy for one of our leading clients. The challenge was clear: uneven daily budget distribution and a spending approach that often left campaigns inactive by mid-morning. Our goal was to optimise these campaigns to maintain visibility throughout the day, despite a limited budget.
Leveraging our proprietary technology, we utilised Amazon Marketing Stream alongside our internal tools and the Amazon Ads API. Our approach included real-time, automated adjustments to bid strategies and budget allocations, ensuring optimal performance at every hour of the day. The results were striking: a 6% decrease in overall spend, an 8% increase in sales, and a 13% rise in ROAS, achieving a significant improvement in campaign efficiency.
