The Thoughtful Agency & Ksubi Jeans – Maxing out PMAX with maxed out creative: Nominated for Best Use of Search in Fashion.
Ksubi wanted to increase their overall SEM PMAX ROAS across both the Australian and United States markets.
The challenge for Thoughtful and Ksubi was PMAX’s inherent opacity. Its black-box nature precluded a detailed analysis of asset group performance, thereby obstructing our ability to evaluate performance.
However, with an update that seemed too good to be true, Google unveiled a change that enabled performance reporting at the asset group level.
Upon gaining access to this granular level of data, we swiftly capitalised on the new-found insights, making strategic adjustments to each asset group in order to optimise performance.
Thoughtful meticulously crafted a strategy that entailed segmenting PMAX’s distinct divisions which engaged niche audience segments. Not only did we surpass our initial target ROAS, but we also achieved increases in Click-Through Rate (CTR) and conversion rates.
The ThoughtfulAgency & Bae the Label – Breaking Boundaries with Maternity Wear: Nominated for Best APAC PPC Campaign.
Bae’s overall business goal was to drive awareness and sessions to the site from PPC, whilst increasing ROAS across SEM and social campaigns. They also wanted to have top-of-page search visibility in Australia and expand the brand into the New Zealand market.
The main challenge for Bae was that they wanted to be competitive in-market against large brands, whilst maintaining a good ROAS.
By increasing brand awareness through an omnichannel approach, reaching top of page for generic search through unique keyword targeting solutions, creating an amazing PMAX ROAS segmentation strategy, and successfully breaking into the New Zealand market by combining social and SEM channel strategies. Thoughtful smashed Bae’s goals, reducing cost and increasing conversion rates and ROAS across campaigns.
