When AIIMS Group opened its doors in Sydney in 2010, the founding team sold their first website for $69. Fifteen years, 101 specialists, two global offices, and 1,000+ active clients later, the agency has been shortlisted for six categories at the 2026 Global Search Awards, one of the most competitive search marketing recognition programmes in the world.
AIIMS says they are “proud, grateful, and not done yet.”
Who They Are
AIIMS Group is a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with a second hub in Dubai, UAE, and international support teams across the Philippines, Indonesia, and Brazil.
Over 15 years, the agency has built, refined, and defended an operating model built on integration, one that produces what AIIMS calls the Halo Effect: a full-coverage marketing approach where every channel reinforces every other, creating compounding results that no single-channel strategy can replicate.
The Halo approach spans SEO, paid search, paid social, web development, content marketing, and creative production through the AIIMS Creator Hub.
AIIMS serves clients across industries ranging from renewable energy and consumer electronics to financial services, construction, dental, legal, and local trades. The agency calls these clients Challengers: businesses with the ambition to disrupt their categories and the courage to invest in doing it properly. AIIMS exists to give them the tools, talent, and strategic firepower to compete at a level previously reserved for businesses with far larger marketing budgets.
Nova: The AI Operating System Running the Agency
While much of the industry is still experimenting with AI as a content tool, AIIMS has gone significantly further. Nova is a proprietary AI operating system built in-house that connects 378 tools across approximately 25 platforms into a single conversational intelligence layer. It is used daily by 75% of the global team across Sydney, Dubai, and beyond.
Nova is not a chatbot bolted onto existing workflows. It connects Google Ads, Meta, Google Search Console, GA4, call tracking, SEO intelligence, client CRMs, billing systems, project management, and creative assets into one reasoning layer that any team member can query in plain English. A cross-channel performance snapshot that previously required opening five or six platforms and consolidating data manually now takes seconds. A campaign diagnosis that once meant trawling multiple dashboards for half an hour or more happens in under a minute. Monthly client reports that previously consumed hours of analyst time are now drafted in a fraction of that, with figures pulled directly from source tools rather than hand-copied across spreadsheets.
The result is not just a faster agency. It is an agency where every team member has instant access to the full picture of every client account, where attribution gaps and wasted spend are surfaced automatically rather than discovered by chance, and where the capacity previously consumed by data retrieval has been returned to strategy, relationships, and the work that actually moves client results.
Nova also captures meeting and call transcripts so nothing discussed is ever lost, and it updates its own instructions from what it learns in every conversation, improving with every interaction without requiring a developer to ship an update.
Integration is not a tagline at AIIMS. With Nova, it is now the literal operating infrastructure of the agency.
What They Entered
AIIMS Group has been shortlisted in six categories in the 2026 Global Search Awards, each representing a distinct client story and a distinct demonstration of what integrated search looks like in practice.
The entries span B2C and eCommerce paid search, B2B search, low budget campaign excellence, finance vertical performance, integrated search agency capability, and AI adoption within an agency context. Together they represent the breadth of what AIIMS delivers: not one approach applied universally, but a genuinely different strategic architecture built for each client’s specific commercial reality, always guided by the Halo principle of full-channel integration.
The campaigns entered include work for clients in the solar and battery energy sector, consumer electronics, financial services, and local construction trades. Each was chosen because it demonstrates something specific: that search marketing, done with genuine precision and integration, can transform businesses of any size in any market.
Across these campaigns, results include a 7x revenue growth trajectory for a legacy electronics manufacturer building its first direct-to-consumer channel, 4,000+ qualified monthly leads for Australia’s largest solar battery installer at a cost per lead below category benchmarks, and 134 leads delivered from a total four-month budget of under $3,000 for a brand-new local trade business with zero search history.
The agency itself was also entered, because the infrastructure behind these results, including the team culture, the technology, and the integrated Halo delivery model, is as much a part of the story as the campaign metrics.

What This Shortlist Means
“Being shortlisted alongside some of the world’s best search marketing organisations is a genuine milestone for the AIIMS team, and a reflection of the work our people put in every single day across five countries,” said Kynan Albassit, Director at AIIMS Group.
“What excites us even more than the recognition is where we are headed. While the industry is still debating how to use AI, AIIMS has already built it into the engine room of the agency. Nova, our proprietary AI operating system, has fundamentally changed how our team works, connecting every platform, every client, every data source into one intelligence layer that our people can access in seconds. Tasks that used to take hours now take seconds. Capacity that used to go on reporting and data retrieval now goes on strategy and client relationships. We are not experimenting with AI. We are running on it. And the results our clients are seeing reflect that.”
