Let’s take a look at the campaigns that caught the judges’ attention:
- Best Use of Content Marketing: Small
Campaign: Scalable Product-led Content Marketing for MailCharts
MailCharts is an e-commerce email and SMS marketing inspiration tool. Their database allows digital marketers, agencies, and sales teams to browse their competitors’ campaigns, gain industry insights, and get inspired by emerging email and SMS marketing trends. In 2022, we aimed to build upon previous moderate success with a product-led content marketing strategy and introduce a new vertical. Working with a modest budget and small team, we were able to not only achieve our goals but exceed them in ways we didn’t expect. Winning this award would be a great achievement for our teams, who have been dedicated to creating unique valuable content for readers. Also, launching a new product offering mid-acquisition is also quite a feat. This shows the power of search for driving sustainable traffic, even when a business may be shifting leadership.
- Best Integrated Campaign: Small
Campaign: High-Intent Content Hubs Across Paid and Organic Search for ELM Learning
ELM Learning is an eLearning agency that develops corporate training programs. In December 2021 we launched two new hubs around service and solutions offered to drive conversions across paid and organic search. With ongoing optimization and testing throughout 2022, we were able to exceed our expected results – increasing conversion rate and driving more qualified leads across both channels by targeting high-intent keywords with relatively low search volume.

Campaign: SEO for Enterprise SaaS for Betterworks
Betterworks is a leading performance management software. The world’s most dynamic enterprises rely on Betterworks to accelerate growth by supporting transparent goal-setting, enabling continuous performance, and learning from employee insights. We’re a boutique agency specializing in Search Marketing for SaaS, especially HRtech and eLearning. We started working with Betterworks in 2020. Since then, Flow has supported the strategic shift from OKRs to performance management with technical SEO, content strategy, and optimization, as well as link building, scaling organic visibility and traffic dramatically. We are extremely grateful for the long relationship that is a true supportive partnership between Betterworks and Flow.
