To strengthen the growth we can provide for our clients, we offer an in-house digital marketing service that provides tailored, cross-channel strategies for our partners catering to all performance marketing needs.
Within this in-house digital marketing team sits Customer Acquisition, which is made up of SEO and Paid Marketing. We work in an agency style format offering expertise and digital marketing consultancy, with execution of our clients’ strategy included. Having a trade-first mindset is at the core of our team. We work holistically across the Paid and SEO teams to identify areas of synergy (aligned with our CRM and Customer Insights teams) in a true cross-channel effort.
Although we’re an in-house agency we don’t follow a traditional agency model. Because we are a platform provider as well as an agency, we’re able to offer a bespoke service for our clients that seamlessly integrates ecommerce with digital marketing. We provide end-to-end digital marketing support from website build and launch all the way through to customer acquisition and retention, which puts us in a unique position. Owing to this, our team has strong technical knowledge which means we can leverage developer expertise for combined support. We also have strong expertise in SEM and working across the FARFETCH group allows us to provide our clients with a wealth of data and insights from farfetch.com that we can incorporate into their strategies.
We’ve entered 2 Global Search Awards this year. Firstly, we entered the Best Use of Search – Fashion award using a case study from the work we have done with Ami Paris. Ami Paris have had a long-standing relationship with the FARFETCH group, but extended their relationship in 2018 with the FARFETCH Platform Solutions team, to develop their DTC offering through our market leading ecommerce and digital marketing services. The case study focuses on our Paid Search strategy that we executed to drive growth and engage new audiences.
The second award we have entered is for Best Global Small Integrated Search Agency. Here we focused on the growth of the Customer Acquisition team from the end of 2020 and the steps we have taken to grow. We also included a case study with Off-White which talks through how the SEO team have improved Off-White’s organic visibility in the US, and how the Paid team launched the Off-White app whilst incorporating their app strategy with Paid Search.
Our team is delighted to have been shortlisted for both awards we entered this year. We’re a small but mighty team and to have our work recognised within the Search industry gives us even more confidence that we are a best-in-class agency. We are hopeful for a win this year as our case studies are strong, however, we know that the competition is fierce and that there are so many other fantastic agencies out there.
