Megantic’s client-focused technical SEO strategy lands finalist position for 15x Global Search Awards

One of our main goals throughout the pandemic and into the future is to create a “workplace of the future”. To do this, we conduct regular staff surveys to understand how everyone is feeling about a range of topics: job satisfaction, career prospects, stress, training and more. We have found that this and the associated initiatives have increased employee engagement and satisfaction in all teams.

 

 

An initiative to increase team and client satisfaction is Megantic’s Training Academy, our training and development program. We conduct monthly Lunch and Learns, biyearly sales and communication training, and are beginning a Career Coaching program. Our staff retention rate is 95% and our client retention rate is also very high thanks to our extensive staff development and training programs. Lifting up our team to help them achieve their highest potential is a recipe for success, especially in the digital field.
