Our goal was to increase organic sessions and open restructuring proceedings for KPR Restructuring Law Firm. We implemented a content strategy with five blog cycles: restructuring guides, industry news, a restructuring dictionary, agricultural restructuring tips, and a company legal section. Despite budget constraints, we ensured quality through meticulous optimization. We also introduced case studies and Q&A videos to enhance client engagement and support businesses effectively.

BEST USE OF SEARCH – FINANCE (PPC): LARGE – Harbingers & KPR Restrukturyzacja — A breakthrough in the perception of restructuring

Amidst Poland’s financial crisis, HARBINGERS collaborated with KPR Restructuring Law Firm to save companies and reshape restructuring perceptions. Focusing on ‘restructuring’ search terms and using remarketing, we reached business owners effectively. Our strategy included a dedicated dashboard for lead qualification and high-quality content with case studies and Q&A videos. This campaign raised awareness, built a loyal client base, and established KPR as a trusted partner, promoting restructuring as a growth tool.

BEST USE OF SEARCH – HEALTH: LARGE: Harbingers & MedicStar — Meeting the challenges of the medical clothing market

MedicStar, a medical clothing manufacturer, faced dynamic market changes and competition. We developed a strategy targeting specific professions instead of the entire medical sector, aiming to increase conversion rates. Using Google Ads, we ran search and display network campaigns, tailoring ads to different medical professions. Personalized landing pages increased engagement and conversions. Our well-structured campaigns, including Performance Max, effectively managed budgets and adapted to market trends, significantly impacting the industry and setting new digital marketing standards for medical apparel.

BEST USE OF SEARCH – FASHION: LARGE – Harbingers&Lancerto — Follow the trends and look good in the search engine!

LANCERTO aimed to maintain its leading position. We created seven blog cycles like Stylist Advises and Travel with Style. Our structured content included internal links and product photos, targeting both men and women. Despite industry challenges, our Black Friday and seasonal sales strategies maintained stable organic traffic, earning first place in the e-commerce fashion blog ranking by Elephate and Senuto.

BEST LOCAL CAMPAIGN (SEO): LARGE – Harbingers & Depilacja.pl — How to achieve success after service migration

In collaboration with our Partner, we tackled a challenging website migration and design refresh in early 2023. Our ambitious 2023 goals were to maintain the leading position in organic results for Poland’s laser hair removal industry, increase website engagement, and boost revenue in the year’s second half compared to the first. Despite challenges like site migration and seasonal phrase potential, our detailed strategy ensured we met all goals, demonstrating our ability to overcome e-commerce barriers and achieve success.

BEST USE OF CONTENT MARKETING: LARGE – Harbingers & Inter Cars — Maximising visibility in the automotive sector

BEST EUROPEAN SEO CAMPAIGN – Harbingers & Apteline — Content bases as a source of healthy traffic

The strictures of the medical industry and the non-standard nature of our partner’s business required a creative SEO strategy. Our blend of creativity and industry knowledge led to the highest growth rate in the sector, surpassing our targets. Between 01.07–16.08.2023, Apteline achieved the fastest growth both in percentage and absolute terms. Implementing evergreen content bases and a pharmacy base generated traffic from pharmacy-related phrases, building large, constant, and season-resistant traffic. This foundation has been successfully built and will continue to scale.
