Our Award-Winning Campaign: Empowering Avanti Travel Insurance

Our journey to this momentous victory began when we joined forces with Avanti Travel Insurance on an ambitious 18-month SEO campaign. The goal was to secure and maintain page 1 rankings, enhance their organic visibility, and empower them to compete with industry giants while offering comprehensive travel insurance options for all.

Through meticulous research, our team identified areas for improvement in brand trust, authority, backlinks, and keyword rankings. An invaluable insight revealed that individuals seeking a reliable insurance company place immense trust in NHS websites. This discovery provided an excellent starting point to expand Avanti’s reach and cater to a wider audience.

Our dedicated team embarked on an outreach programme, targeting every NHS Trust in the UK to secure backlinks from their websites to Avanti’s homepage. Additionally, we focused on acquiring relevant backlinks from travel, finance, and insurance-related blogs, further strengthening Avanti’s digital authority.

The outcome of this ground-breaking campaign was nothing short of extraordinary. Within just 12 weeks, Avanti achieved the remarkable feat of consistently ranking on page 1 for two highly competitive search terms. The impact was immense, with an 8,126% uplift in ‘Travel insurance’ search term traffic, a 4% increase in the share of voice, a remarkable 1,700% boost in overall keyword traffic, and an impressive 1,690% increase in conversions. Additionally, for the search term ‘Holiday insurance,’ Avanti secured a commendable position 6, solidifying their position in the market.

This resounding success shattered industry norms, demonstrating that page 1 organic SEO rankings are attainable for smaller brands with the right strategies and unwavering dedication. Our triumph was made possible with the indispensable support of the NHS, overcoming the challenges of securing backlinks from their bureaucratic and hard-to-access realm. The successful campaign led to an extended partnership between us and Avanti!
